About Me

I am an aspiring software developer located in the Brooklyn area. I attended the University at Buffalo and graduated the top of my class with a degree in computer engineering. My current skill set includes Python, Java, Javascript for back end; and HTML, CSS, React, Bootstrap for front end. In the future I hope to be a full stack developer. On the side I enjoy basketball, poker, TFT and reading graphic novels.

What I've Done

TFT React App

I built a React App with a minor Express server to service API calls to Riot Games’ API.  Users can use the app to obtain the rank information for NA players. The app also comes with a meta calculator that uses the latest game data from the top NA players to calculate the most successful team compositions.

Rhymebot WebApp

I design and built a React App with a Python Flask back end.  I use Carnegie Mellon’s word pronunciation file as basis to compare words based on their sounds. I implemented a serialized Trie structure in Python to find words that rhyme quickly and efficiently. Users can use the app to obtain

SEM Excellence

For the summer of 2018 I designed the website for SEM Excellence to promote their tutoring business. I worked directly with them to obtain their desired requirements and feedback to implement their site. I implemented a google translate feature that allows users to view the website in Chinese.

NBAI

During my last year in college, I worked in a team of 5 to design and implement a python flask web app. The website allowed users to view our sites prediction about whether a NBA fantasy player was over or under valued for that current day. My role was to design the front end of the site as well as use jinja templating to retrieve data from the flask server and display it on our front end.
